• The Greenville Triumph has appointed Charlotte Independence assistant coach Dave Dixon as its new head coach. Dixon is the USL League One team’s third head coach after John Harkes and Rick Wright, who retired. The Triumph also recently named Zach Prince as general manager and sporting director.
