Tony Pulis took over as the new head coach of West Bromwich Albion on Thursday, and was in the stands as the Baggies drew 1-1 with West Ham United. During his press unveiling, Pulis, whofamously kept both Stoke City and Crystal Palace in the Premier League, was quick to say: “Just because I’ve walked in, it does not mean the club will stay up.” West Brom is currently 17th inthe Premier League, one point clear of the relegation zone with 18 games remaining.
