[MLS] FC Dallas named MLS executive Doug Quinn as its president and chief executive officer. Quinn, who will begin histenure with the club Aug. 2, served as president of MLS affiliate Soccer United Marketing, the leading commercial soccer company in North America. The move is intended to turn around one of the mostunder performing teams at the gate.
