Three American officials, referee Tori Penso and ARs Brooke Mayo and Kathryn Nesbitt, have been appointed by the FIFA Referees Committee to work at this summer’s Olympic soccer tournaments in France. They are among the 89 game officials (21 referees, 42 assistant referees, 20 VARs and six support referees) from 45 countries chosen for the men’s and women’s tournaments (July 24-Aug. 9).
