BBC Sport reports that an unnamed person has blown the whistle on Sepp Blatter in connection with the criminal case against banned the FIFA president.  “The Swiss Attorney General’s officereceived valuable information from a testimony that might be very helpful,” a spokesman told BBC Sport. Blatter is being investigated on two fronts: the $2 million payment to then-UEFA presidentMichel Platini that resulted in both men being banned from soccer for eight years. The second: a sweetheart TV deal between FIFA and Jack Warner, the former president of Concacaf.
