Reports in England claim that Chelsea has offered 35.5 million ($55.4 million) pounds plus Oscar, who is valued at 21.3 million pounds ($33.3 million), to sign Juventus star PaulPogba, while Catalan daily Sport says that Barcelona has submitted a rival cash offer of 56.8 million pounds ($88.7 million) for the 22-year-old Frenchman to join the Catalan club in January,after its transfer window ban ends. However, according to Metro, Manchester City is the front runner to sign the former Manchester United midfielder, having submitted a 71.1 million-pound ($111million) offer for the player which remains on the table.
