Coach Jitka Klimkova has named a 26-player roster for the U.S. U-19 women’s national team’s first camp of 2016. The squad for the Jan. 23-30 gathering in Lakewood Ranch, Florida,consists of players eligible for the U.S. team that qualified for the 2016 U-20 Women’s World Cup in Papua New Guinea in November.

Of the 26 players called up, six were born in 1996, 18 in1997 and two in 1998. More than half (17) the players are collegians.
