[MEXICO] Santos will be ruing its failure to capture the 2010 Torneo Bicentenario, Mexico’s spring championship, after twice missing on penalty kicks that wouldhave clinched the title. Instead, the title went to Toluca in the sixth round of the shootout after the final ended in a 0-0 tie and the two-leg series finished 2-2.
