1. The North Carolina Courage will host the 2019 Women’s International Champions Cup. Lyon, the reigning French and European champion,will return for a second year and join Atletico Madrid and Manchester City in the four-team tournament. The Courage, the 2018 NWSL champion, beat Lyon in the 2018 final played in Miami around themen’s ICC. The 2019 women’s tournament will consist of semifinal matches on Aug. 15 and third-place and final matches on Aug. 18.
