A Spanish court suspended the strike called by the country’s players’ union (AFE), allowing the final two games of La Liga’s season to go forward, the AP reported Thursday. Spain’s NationalCourt on Thursday announced its decision in favor of the league’s (LFP) request to temporarily suspend the strike. The court’s ruling on Thursday was followed by the Spanish soccer federation (RFEF)also announcing that it had called off its plans to suspend matches in support of the strike.
