Prosecutors at Spain’s top criminal court opened a preliminary investigation Monday into Spanish soccer federation (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales‘ forcible kiss on the lips of World Cup player Jenni Hermoso on grounds it could constitute a crime of “sexual assault”.
