Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has been charged with misconduct by the English FA after appearing to push the fourth official and using “abusive and/or insulting words” during his team’s2-1 win over Burnley. Wenger was angered by a decision to award Burnley a penalty late in the game last Sunday.
