[REF WATCH] Referees can, of course, choose not to call a foul and play the advantage. If there’s any chance that there is an advantage for the team thatsuffered the foul, the referee is supposed to wait a few seconds before blowing the whistle — which didn’t happened in a Dutch Eredivisie game last weekend.
