[AMWAY CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP] The Montreal Impact has never beaten Toronto FC in the Amway Canadian Championship — Canada’s Concacaf Champions League qualifier– and that didn’t change Wednesday night as Toronto FC prevailed, 2-0, in the first leg of their semifinal series. Two goals in the last nine minutes earned the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps a 3-2 winover the NASL’s FC Edmonton in the other match.
