1. Detroit City FC will shortly pay off the $725,500 it raised to renovate Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck. It moved into the stadium, whichopened in 1936 and seats 7,933, in 2016. The funds were raised through the Michigan Invests Locally Exemption Act and used for improvements to the bleachers, locker rooms, restrooms and lighting. LeRouge will move from the NPSL to NISA in 2020 and open at home March 21 against the Oakland Roots. DCFC will also field team in United Women’s Soccer for the first time.
