1. Inter Miami  has signed German-American forward Jerome Kiesewetter from USL Championship expansion club El Paso Locomotive for itsMLS launch in 2020. Kiesewetter grew up in the Hertha Berlin youth system with the likes of John Brooks and Alfredo Morales and played two Bundesliga games for VfB Stuttgart. He spent two seasons atFortuna Duesseldorf before moving to El Paso, where he scored 12 goals in 28 appearances in 2019. The Locomotive fell in the Western Conference final.
