The new Fan Council that gives American soccer fans a seat at U.S. Soccer’s National Council, which will select the next president on Feb. 10, named its first five members: Ashley Brown,Marcus Cranston, Kimberly Kershaw, Jessica Malone and Chris Wixson. Cranston, Malone and Wixson are involved in their American Outlaws chapters.
