The USA will send its U-23 national team to the May 27-June 7 Tournoi Espoirs de Toulon — the French youth tournament that has been an annual event since 1974 and has provided a stage for futurestars such as Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo and James Rodriguez.
