Steve Swanson, the University of Virginia head coach, has named a 24-woman roster for the first training camp of the year for the U.S. under-23 women’snational team he serves as head coach. Nine overage players, including 26-year-old Keelin Winters, are in the team that gathers Saturday at the U.S. SoccerNational Training Center in Carson, California.
