The two top-ranked teams in the world will face off Saturday, October 10 at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., and October 13 at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Spain marks a new era of dominance
La Roja arguably the new standard bearers in global women’s soccer. The program has experienced a remarkably fast ascent, as it only qualified for its first World Cup in 2015 and was eliminated by the United States in the round of 16 in the 2019 tournament. That match served as the second-ever meeting between Spain and the USA (the first occurred earlier that year in a friendly).
