The 2016 Copa Centenario, Conmebol’s 100th anniversary of the Copa America, will be staged after all and held in the United States. For months, the tournament was in doubt as Conmebol and Concacaf,the tournament’s two organizers, became mixed up in the soccer scandal that resulted in indictments against 14 FIFA officials and sports marketing executives. The event will be held June 3-26 invenues across the United States.
