Mike Petke, who led the New York Red Bulls to the 2013 MLS Supporters’ Shield title and second place in the 2014 Eastern Conference, was named the head coach of the USL’s Real Monarchs, RealSalt Lake’s second team. The Monarchs are among five returning USL teams that have made coaching changes in the offseason.
