[UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE] Outgoing coach Louis van Gaal said Bayern Munich had no one but itself to blame for its earlyexit from the UEFA Champions League when it lost at home to Inter Milan, 3-2, and blew the 1-0 lead it had taken into the second leg of the rematch of last year’s finalists. Bayern became just thesecond team to go out in the Champions League knockout stage after winning the first leg on the road.
