[MLS] Major League Soccer has multiple draft orders or rankings for all sorts of signing mechanisms. On Monday, 2011 expansion teams Vancouver and Portland hadtheir pick of those mechanisms in which they wanted priority.
Vancouver had won a coin toss last month before the MLS All-Star Game and went first, selecting the top pick in the 2011SuperDraft.
