Kansas City Wizards coach Peter Vermes faces an arraignment date of Nov. 9 after he was arrested for driving under the influence.
The incidenttook place on Aug. 24 at 12:06 a.m. in Gardner, Kan., a town of about 9,000 located 25 miles southwest of Kansas City.
In his first full season as Wizards coach, Vermes was jailed andlater released after posting a $750 bond.
