In UEFA Youth League action, 18-year-old Benfica striker Balde tried to beat Shakhtar Donetsk goalkeeper Oleh Kudryk from the penalty spot with a Panenka. The keeperwas fooled, but Balde didn’t put enough power on the ball, to say the least. The miss would be costly, as Shakhtar came back to tie the game 1-1 and win the series on a PK shootout.
