In Barcelona’s 5-2 win over Valencia, Luis Suarez scored twice and Ansu Fati became the youngest player to score and assist in La Liga. The 16-year-old Fati, whomoved to Spain at age 6 from Guinea-Bissau, scored Barcelona’s opening goal in the 2nd minute and assisted on its second, by Frenkie de Jong in the 7th minute. Gerard Pique (51st minute) and LuisSuarez (61st and 82nd) sealed the win for Barcelona, whose Lionel Messi watched from the sidelines with a calf injury.
