The USA opened the Concacaf Futsal Championship with a 1-1 tie against El Salvador and a 4-2 win over Nicaragua to take the Group D lead. The USA is in good shape going into its final group game against Cuba on Wednesday to advance to the eight-team knockout stage from which four teams will qualify for the FIFA Futsal World Cup.
