• El Paso Locomotive FC signed 16-year-old central midfielder Luis Moreno, becoming the youngest pro signing in Locomotive FC’s history, surpassing the mark set by 17-year-old Diego Abarca earlier this offseason when he turned pro out of the El Paso academy. Moreno comes to El Paso from the Houston Dynamo academy. He went with the U.S. U-17s, who just finished second at the 2023 Concacaf championship, on the first trip of their cycle in 2022 to Argentina.
