Youth: Soto leads Americans to 8-0 win at Slovakia Cup

Real Salt Lake academy star Sebastian Soto scored a hat trick to lead the USA to an 8-0 win over Kazakhstan at the U-18 Slovakia Cup.

Soto, the top scorer in the DevelopmentAcademy U-18/19 age group, scored in the 40th, 50th and 53rd minutes. The USA also got goals from Kyle Holcomb (Pateadores), Matt Hundley (Colorado Rapids academy), Jacobo Reyes(Monterrey), Akil Watts (unattached) and Declan McGlynn (Crossfire Premier).

The USA is scheduled to play Ukraine on Tuesday and the Czech Republic on Thursday beforefinishing the tournament with a placement game on Friday.
