D.C. United won the inaugural ATX Pro Challenge with a 1-0 win over FC Dallas Sunday in Austin, Texas. Chris Rolfe‘s blast from 25 yards was the difference inthe four-team tournament hosted by the USL’s Austin Aztex.

Chris Rolfe‘s blast from 25 yards was the difference as United won the inaugural ATX Pro Challenge in Austin, Texas. Finnish signing Markus Halsti started alongside BobbyBoswell in the middle of the United backline in place of the injured Steve Birnbaum. United will stay in Texas and train at FC Dallas’ facility in Frisco before flying to Costa Rica for its Concacaf Champions league match at Alajuelense on Feb.23.
