Manchester City star Sergio Aguero, who aggravated a leg injury in Argentina’s 2-0 defeat to Ecuador in Buenos Aires, will miss next week’s World Cup qualifieragainst Paraguay. “Aguero had a problem from his last game with City, where he played well for 65 minutes,” Coach Gerardo Martino said after Thursday’squalifying opener. “We looked after him this week, he was moving well, very comfortable, but he felt the strain and unfortunately we are going to lose him.” Aguero limped off after 24 minutes and wasreplaced by Carlos Tevez. Argentina is already without injured superstar Lionel Messi.
