Anderlecht clinched its 34th Belgian league title when it won, 3-1, at Charleroi on Thursday. The win extended its lead over second-place Club Brugge which lost at Oostende, 2-1, with young AmericanEthan Horvath in goal for the third game in a row. Club Brugge will finish second and claim a berth in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers with a win or tie against Gent on Sunday.
