Four of the five FIFA presidential candidates made presentations to Concacaf leaders in Miami, but the regional body announced it had not yet endorsed a candidate.
CONCACAF deputy generalsecretary Jurgen Mainka said no decision has been made on whether a blanket endorsement for a particular candidate would be made.
Mainka said the issue may be discussed at aConcacaf extraordinary congress in Zurich on the eve of the Feb. 26 FIFA vote.
“It wasn’t touched upon on the agenda, we do have an extraordinary congress the day before the FIFAelection, something could happen over there, but I’m not privy to that,” Mainka told reporters.
