Theo Zwangziger, a member of FIFA’s executive committee, has come out and said that awarding the 2022 World Cup to Qatar was a “blatant mistake” and that evenmoving the tournament to the winter to avoid the country’s searing summer temperatures wouldn’t be ideal.
