Zlatan Ibrahimovic‘s agent Mino Raiola  says the Manchester United striker’s knee surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center was successful andthat he will make a full recovery. Man United’s 35-year-old leading goalscorer suffered knee ligament damage during the 2-1 Europa League quarterfinal win over Anderlecht last month and has been ruledout for the rest of the season.

“Zlatan Ibrahimovic has undergone successful knee surgery. He will make a full recovery and has not suffered a career-ending injury,” Raiola said in a statement.”Zlatan has started rehabilitation at UPMC and will remain under the care of Dr. Fu and Dr. Musahl throughout his recovery.”

  1. I would like to know why he couldn’t have this surgery done in Europe. Was it so special that the National Health Service in England couldn’t handle it….
