ESPN on Monday reported that Lionel Messi will not return to the Barcelona first team in time for the Nov. 21 ‘Clasico’ with Real Madrid. The 28-year-old, who injured his left knee in a2-1 win against Las Palmas in September, is reportedly behind schedule in his recovery and will likely not return to action until the first week of December.
