Good morning! One of the featured speakers at this year’s United Soccer Coaches Convention is USWNT head coach Emma Hayes, who will be presenting tomorrow. Chicago is a homecoming of sorts. She got her start as a pro head coach with the Red Stars for WPS’s launch in 2009. She is very much at home at the Coaches Convention with roots in American youth and college coaching and friendships with Anson Dorrance and Amanda Vandervort, both long-time leaders in the United Soccer Coaches community, going back more than two decades.
