Pietra Tordin scored a hat trick in the first 37 minutes to lead the Portland Thorns to a 4-3 win against Boston Legacy at Centreville Bank Stadium in Rhode Island.

The result ended a four-game winless streak for the Thorns, who moved into fifth place with the win.
