Cal junior Christan Thierjung and McKenzie Meehan, Boston College’s career goal-scoring leader, were among the players honored with NSCAA Player of the Week awards for games played last week.

NCAA DI Men:
Christan Thierjung, California
Thierjung posted a hat trick, including the 106th-minutegolden goal, in a 4-3 win over San Diego State and tallied an assist in a 4-3 win over UCLA.

NCAA DI Women:
McKenzie Meehan, BostonCollege

Meehan scored the game-winning goal against Wake Forest and followed that up with a two goal, including a second-game-winner, and two assists against Miami (Fla.). She holds theBC career record with 44 goals.

NCAA DII Men:
Artan Emini, Quincy

Emini scored three goals and added an assist as the Hawks toppedMcKendree 4-1 and followed with a 2-1 win over Illinois-Springfield.

NCAA DII Women:
Kelcie Brodsky, UC San Diego

Brodsky made a totalof 10 saves while keeping a pair of shutouts (4-0 over Chico State an 2-0 over Cal State San Marcos).

NCAA DIII Men:
Shaun Watt, GreensboroCollege

Watt helped lead the Pride to a 3-0 mark against USA South opponents with the game-winners against Covenant and Maryville and a hat trick against Piedmont.

NCAA DIII Women:
Cassidy Reich, Piedmont
Reich scored all five goals in a pair of wins over Ferrum and Greensboro. The freshman leads Piedmont with 19goals.

Junior College Men:
Sidney Cardoso, Massasoit CC
Cardoso continued his torrid stretchwith five goals and an assist as the Warriors won a pair of games in dominating fashion over Roxbury CC and Bristol CC.
