Paris Saint-Germain has appealed the four-game domestic ban handed to star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a foul-mouthed rant recorded by French TV station Canal+ in theplayers’ tunnel following the club’s 3-2 loss at Bordeaux on March 15.
According to the Guardian, PSG has taken the case to the French Olympic Committee, the country’shighest authority for sports.
If the CNOSF decides to appoint a mediator to oversee the case, the Swede’s ban would be suspended, pending a final decision.
