Colorado Youth Soccer (CYS), a non-profit State Association of US Youth Soccer, is retaining a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to set direction and execute strategic goals and objectives of theorganization. The CEO will report to the President of CYS and work closely with the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.The CEO will directly manage an Executive Director, Controller,Director of Operations and Executive Director of Coaching who in turn will manage people within their specific areas. However, the CEO will be responsible to ensure all areas perform to annual goalsand objectives as required through human resource management.The primary mission of the CEO is to manage the organization, grow membership and participation, and to help transform CYS into a modernyouth sports organization. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and meeting annual budgets and will oversee, manage and grow fundraising, sponsorships, marketing, business and communitypartnerships. Enhancing relationships with member Clubs as well as Regional and National level affiliates within US Youth Soccer is also a core responsibility. Supporting the continued creation andsustaining of a business culture that exemplifies service to members and the community is also required. Serve as liaison between City and State Sports organizations and other entities representingthe interests of youth soccer. The CEO will actively market the philosophy, mission, vision and strategy of CYS to benefit the youth soccer players in Colorado and their Clubs through economicallygrowing membership.
