A day after he announced he was not renewing his Liverpool contract after 17 seasons with the Reds, Steve Gerrard said on Saturday he was leaving for Americaafter the current English Premier League season ends. By the end of the day, reports had him moving to the LA Galaxy on a 18-month contract.
