Sunil Gulati, U.S. Soccer Federation President and a member of FIFA’s executive committee, says further changes to the World Cup bidding process need to be implemented beforethe United States bids to host another World Cup. Gulati wants FIFA to make it clear in the future if, like with the 2022 tournament, FIFA is seeking to take the World Cup to a new nation, and forinspection reports to be a key factor.
