MLS will send 10 U.S. players to the World Cup

[MAKING A LIST] Barring any last-minute changes, the USA’s World Cup roster will consist of 10 MLS players and 13 players based abroad. The 10 MLS players are lessthan the 12-13 expected to make the team as defenders Clarence Goodson, Michael Parkhurst and Brad Evans, all considered likely picks just a couple of months ago, joined Landon Donovan and Maurice Eduas the five MLS cuts on Thursday.
